Here it is. A bit obnoxious, yes? I agree. Of course it was my choice to use these three fabrics together. I have NO IDEA what I was thinking. But what's done is done and I can live with it.
Being that this sampler is a mystery it's hard to decide which fabrics to use. And my jelly roll isn't very "quiet" either.
The more I stare at it, the more it gives me a headache.
BUT everything lines up so nice. There's always a bright side. ;)
Enjoy your day!

I'm betting you're going to be really surprised and that lil' ol' block will turn into a beautiful swan when you put it with the other blocks!
ReplyDeleteI like your block....have you stepped out of your comfort zone??? Maybe that's why you're alittle worried about the look....but I really like the colors.
ReplyDeleteCute block. I finished my block yesterday.
ReplyDeleteah hem..aren't we the over achiever! already done with your block and I haven't begun cutting? I'm jealous. whew. okay I have that off my chest. now, the block is fine...it will look great with the rest of the quilt
ReplyDeleteI think your block looks fine. I can hardly wait to see the entire top with these lovely fabrics.
ReplyDeleteYou're just looking at one block. Don't stand on top of it. Look at it from across the room. I think it is going to be cute in your final piece. :) Looks good to me...not busy. I think I will so mine on Friday night.
ReplyDeleteWay too funny! A headache? I don't know I think that you may be pleasantly surprised when the quilt is all complete!
ReplyDeleteI think it looks great! It'll all come together, you'll see!
