Look at Frannie last year. Glinda the Good Witch from Wizard of Oz. Beautiful! I want to know how Marsha made her crown! And secondly, I'm going to hire Marsha to make all of Punkie's future Halloween costumes. LOL!

P.S. - I made the crown out of acetate and used pearl brads to close it in back. Lots of sequins and glitter too! Frannie and I had different ideas about this year's headpiece - she won!
Cute idea. I recently heard of a little girl who wore a wooden basket with the bottom cut out and placed over her body and held on her with suspenders. 10 or more balloons were then added around the basket with varied lengths of strings. "Hot-air Balloon" was her theme. Cute! Take care.
